For same-day calls placed before 6pm, we typically arrive within 2-4 hours anywhere in the West Valley. Late-night calls are scheduled for first-thing the following morning unless you request otherwise.
No. When we arrive, we'll guide you gently through each step. If you'd like a moment alone with your pet, take all the time you need — we'll wait.
We coordinate cremation through trusted local partners. We'll explain the options (private vs. communal, urn choices, paw-print keepsakes) and handle the handoff for you.
Flat-rate pricing by pet size, plus an optional same-day fee. We accept card, Venmo, or Zelle — and we never ask for payment upfront over the phone.
